Fabulous food, great beer and wine and wonderful company. Manu makes his own cold cuts and serves them with his own cheese. From Switzerland, he adds his knowledge to Argentinian meats and wow what an experience! Lovely terrace over looking the mountains a must place to eat, drink and chit chat.
We went to dinner at Manu's, who got us great! Manu served us a generous board of homemade charcuterie and delicious cheese (one of the best we have tasted in Argentine! . at the end of the meal, after a small dessert, manu served us a glass of homemade lemoncello ! We have had a very good time and recommend this address to all those who would like to share a unique moment!

Excellent place! with the warm attention of so owners , that offered us the richest artisanal chop that can be eaten in san carlos, in full nature, outdoor to complete the unique landscape that characterizes the valleys, ideal to share with a good beer of the area. I recommend that you visit the manu!
