Beyond having tried the magnificent products that make manu (of which I took as for the whole year) we had the privilege and the luck to know them and to have been able to share a moment that was amazing for us. I can't express in words how well we spent it and what a nice time they made us pass, so I didn't want to leave. sausages are really of a hard to find quality and completely handmade (you will not find something more handmade than this.) with just listening to manu talk about the processing process, it is observed that it is a passionate and a perfectionist, obsessed with always getting a better final product possible. the products, instruments and equipment that you hear are of first quality (I had the luck that I showed and shared some of those secrets.) if you read this review, please do not miss the opportunity to live this experience and meet such human beings, even if they are lovers of artisanal sausages.
