I go there a few times...but the last experience was not a good one...we placed the order, my husband and two children and I asked after 40 minutes if it would take long, because we had been waiting for some time, then they said I was going to look...and didn't look...after 10 minutes I got up from the table and asked again...and they said the order had disappeared...I thought it was absurd because they didn't bother to give us a response, it was simply They kept to themselves... And worse, they didn't even apologize for what happened... I questioned them as several people had already arrived after us and the orders had already been delivered and nothing, we were waiting for nothing... and they just stayed They were silent without apologies and said it would take another 10 minutes. Tip: good customer service training is always good, sometimes appearance doesn't mean we have less or more money... could it be because we were wearing Hawaiian flip-flops? I felt really bad about the employees' behavior towards us.
