I ordered from Dragon City for myself, my partner, and our two children using the Just Eat app. I called the restaurant to double-check my order (just a minor s... read more I ordered from Dragon City for myself, my partner, and our two children using the Just Eat app. I called the restaurant to double-check my order (just a minor sauce change) and the response was very curt, saying "it's in the comments, I can see it." When the delivery arrived, they had gotten my order wrong and the food was cold. When I called to explain, the lady who answered laughed at me and hung up. This was terrible customer service. We have ordered from them before without issues, but after this experience, we will not be returning.

I've tried nearly every Chinese in Caerphilly, Bedwas etc and this is by far the best. Always served piping hot and is really tasty. Good value for money compared to other Chinese's in the area. We love their chicken curry, chicken balls, rice etc. Only one complaint, our delivery is almost always late but you don't mind waiting a bit where the food is better eh.
