I ordered from Dragon City for myself, my partner, and our two children using the Just Eat app. I called the restaurant to double-check my order (just a minor sauce change) and the response was very curt, saying "it's in the comments, I can see it." When the delivery arrived, they had gotten my order wrong and the food was cold. When I called to explain, the lady who answered laughed at me and hung up. This was terrible customer service. We have ordered from them before without issues, but after this experience, we will not be returning.
I ordered the King prawns in garlic and butter sauce but received a tub of unpleasant yellow sauce with chunks of raw garlic and limp battered king prawns. After taking one bite, I couldn't stomach the rest. It was gross and disgusting.
This is definitely the best Chinese in our area. The food is incredibly tasty and the quality of the food is great. You will not disappointed. We ordered on just eat and the food was on time with no problems. Looking forward to ordering again soon.
I just spent over £30 on terrible food that tasted like rubber. I couldn't even tell if it was meat or wood. I don't have the energy to write more about how bad it was.
Fabulous food! We have a local Chinese and as it was closed tonight decided to try and new one and was so impressed. Our children thought it was lovely and every dish tasted authentic,we have Chinese friends who cook for us and this was on par. Will definitely order again. Great food and delivery. Thank you! Will recommend locally for sure
