The chips were undercooked... read more I recently visited a fish bar and ordered a pie with gravy and chips. The pie was rubbery and a disgrace to be called a "pukka pie." The chips were undercooked and the gravy tasted like water. I will not be returning, especially since I had to wait over 20 minutes despite there being only 3 people in the shop.

I part... read more I had been craving Chinese food for a while and I'm glad I chose this restaurant. The special fried rice was delicious and the portion size was generous. I particularly enjoyed the chips, which is not always the case with Chinese food. I would definitely order food from here again without hesitation.

When we do get together, it's usually on a Saturday night with a nice select... read more A friend of mine lives near this restaurant, and I don't get to see her very often. When we do get together, it's usually on a Saturday night with a nice selection of red wines, and we order takeout from Chan's. Our usual order includes chicken fried rice, S&S chicken balls, beef curry, mushrooms, prawn crackers, and whatever else catches our eye. We open all the containers, place them on a tray, and dig in. I'm not a food expert, but I really enjoy the chicken balls - they are not too doughy and one of my favorites! The delivery time is usually within 30 minutes, and the food always arrives piping hot. It's cooked perfectly and always delicious.

The main ingredient was obviously cloves and cloves finished with some more cloves for good measure
