Huge hold, sorry for the employee who is there for nothing but who is overwhelmed with the number of orders! Review schedules and put at least two people because many disappointed customers tonight. The food is fresh and from the day, the preparation is done during the order. No pre-prepared dishes (a big plus gustative quality question). I'll go back to it.

We finally have tuna and natural salmon and no marinade. I can't get out of this restaurant, which for me offers Caen's best poke.
