Even if the servers are young, we are understanding, they must be guided by a boss who has not always been very attentive. the dishes we had chosen were no longer offered on the map, because of the lack of stock, a first concerning us. His friendliness helped make the atmosphere even more pleasant, providing just the right amount of attention without ever forcing his hand. The food was simply exquisite. Each dish was prepared with the freshest ingredients, which was reflected in a delicious and well-balanced flavor. It's clear that the kitchen has a great passion for quality and a pursuit of authentic flavors. We enjoyed every course, from appetizer to dessert.
