Very good restaurant, sushis/maki and dishes are really good. The frame is also very pretty I recommend.
The quality of the place is recognized by the decoration, reception, service, care and communication of the room team and the chef. Also, the quality of the dishes is recognized by the quality of the ingredients, the control of cooking times, the mix of flavors and the presentation. I had lunch in this restaurant and I'm fully satisfied with it, we were able to attend a small show from the chef and we were able to exchange and joke with a part of the room team and the chef. The plates are beautiful, in quantity as well as in quality and have the opportunity to see the preparation of the dishes is a 'game change' because we attend the mounting of our plate while being able to exchange, in English, with the chef. I had a great time. I recommend it for lunches/dinners, dinner in mind, fun and discover or savour Japanese dishes. Thank you.
My favorite sushi address in Aix en Provence ! Careful staff, delicate dishes and always excellent! A quality/price ratio negotiable and a very pleasant setting! I recommend to all lovers good sushi!
