We have walked past this restaurant many times in the years we have been coming to cadaques, but we had small kids in tow that would not eat anything! The food was good, nice fresh sea bass and the mussels, not sure how I liked them cooked, a bit too much oil, little seasoning and zero garlic. The desserts were nice but not homemade.
Family run restaurant, secluded from the busy seafront, on a charming street. There is something special about the ambience when you see the sailing theme, and a painting of the owner with both kids everywhere you look. Both kids in the painting work with him, there is something melancholic about it, but at the same time brings you joy and a sense of authenticity. The food was incredible, with quality ingredients. I would stick to the basic flavours, we loves the Greek salad, the fideua, baklava, etc.
Lovely family run seafood restaurant with some Greek touches in the center of Cadaques. We ate here 2x in one weekend as we enjoyed the food so much, and we will definitely come back whenever we are in town. Good price/quality ratio as well. Octopus is a must order (so good and soft! , and the rice dishes are delicious as well. Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch
Cozy restaurant serving Greek dishes with a local twist. The quality of ingredients is great and everything we tried tasted really good. The highlight is the octopus, which beats almost any octopus I had back home in Greece. The rice dishes are fantastic too. We tried the one with the sea urchins and it was delicious. The owners are great, very warm people, that provide excellent service. Would be my #1 recommendation for anyone visiting Cadaques.
