I watched as she interacted with every customer, treating each one with exceptional care and friendliness. She genuinely asked how their day was going, even while managing the chaos. The pandemic has certainly put a lot of pressure on the food industry, and many people treat staff poorly due to their impatience. However, you could never tell that from this team. They truly deserve recognition for their outstanding service during such challenging times. These hardworking individuals deserve a raise!

The food was pleasantly warm and tasty. The service was excellent, and the staff member at the window was outstanding.

The staff here is generally very friendly, which is a positive aspect. However, I have been disappointed with the food I received each time—it has consistently been very cold. This might vary depending on the item chosen, but the food was not only cold but also looked quite different from what was advertised in the photos. The chickens were quite small and varied significantly in taste, which was disappointing. The app is user-friendly, so I would like to explore more options in the future if the food quality improves. For now, though, I think I will take a break from this place as the quality does not meet the price expectations.

I am very disappointed. This used to be my go-to chicken place in Cabot, but the last two times I visited, the food quality has declined significantly. Today, I ordered a Chicken Nibblerz meal, and it was a letdown—the bread wasn't toasted and tasted like it was a week old. The chicken strips were small and cold, and there was barely any sauce on the sandwich. The fries looked and tasted like they were from the day before and were also cold. I would have returned the meal, but the line was long and the lobby was closed. The owner needs to improve their quality control, or they won't see the long lines they once had. I won't be coming back.

Inconsistent. Some days everything tastes fresh, then others not so much. Employees are nice though.
