The first time was not a pleasant experience but they had just opened so we cut them some slack, waited a few months and tried again. We didn't even stay to eat, We sat at our table for about 10 minutes before we were asked about ordering drinks. About five minutes later we saw our waitress chit-chatting with another employee having a good time. Still no drinks and order has not been taken. The table that had gotten seated after us had their food delivered, so we decided to leave. Really sucks because Cabot has no where good to eat breakfast.

I was told by server they were out of about items on the menu, to include French fries (really My yr old daughter ordered chocolate chip pancakes and could not eat more than two bites. I tipped the waitress only because I felt bad that she works at a crappy establishment. Note: we visited same IHOP when they first opened and vowed to never return. Two strikes and IHOP of Cabot is out.
