I did it!... read more I asked for Picantie sauce to go with my omlet as I always do and was told by our rude male waiter that he was there for a year and they never had it. I did it! he was very unstoppable and tried to argue with me. I sent him away and cried to another waiter who brought me the soaking he told me they didn't. there was no tipp and we will not be back.

Walked in and stood there for 5 minutes at the front counter waiting to be seated. Not 1 employee even greeted us or told us they would be with us soon. Spotted... read more Walked in and stood there for 5 minutes at the front counter waiting to be seated. Not 1 employee even greeted us or told us they would be with us soon. Spotted 2 servers at tables, but no management, no greeters. Zero. We walked out.Serious issue needs resolved.

We ordered a small appetizer to enjoy while waiting for our main meals, but the waiter forget to put that order in, so we never received it. To make matters worse, we had to wait over an hour for our food. Just ten minutes after we finally got our meals, the waiter asked if we were ready for the check. Seriously? After waiting so long for our food, you're already rushing us for the check? To top it off, our entire order was wrong. The waiter seemed unsure of what to do most of the time. It was such a disappointing experience that I didn't even feel inclined to leave a tip. Get it together, IHOP!

We waited for nearly 30 minutes without anyone coming to our table. Fortunately, Bridgette noticed that we hadn't been attended to and came over to assist us. She's amazing!

They all enjoyed everything they t... read more We had a fantastic meal today! We brought along our three kids, aged 11, 5 (who's a bit of a picky eater), and a 9-month-old. They all enjoyed everything they tried. The older two ordered silver dollar pancakes and generously shared with their little brother. I had the pancake combo, while Dad opted for the French toast. The service was excellent as well!
