This was our second time in. The first time was not a pleasant experience but they had just opened so we cut them some slack, waited a few months and tried agai... read more This was our second time in. The first time was not a pleasant experience but they had just opened so we cut them some slack, waited a few months and tried again. We didn't even stay to eat, We sat at our table for about 10 minutes before we were asked about ordering drinks. About five minutes later we saw our waitress chit-chatting with another employee having a good time. Still no drinks and order has not been taken. The table that had gotten seated after us had their food delivered, so we decided to leave. Really sucks because Cabot has no where good to eat breakfast.

I was told by server they were out of about items on the menu, to include French fries (really My yr old daughter ordered chocolate chip pancakes and could not eat more than two bites. I tipped the waitress only because I felt bad that she works at a crappy establishment. Note: we visited same IHOP when they first opened and vowed to never return. Two strikes and IHOP of Cabot is out.

We ordered a small appetizer to enjoy while waiting for our main meals, but the waiter forget to put that order in, so we never received it. To make matters worse, we had to wait over an hour for our food. Just ten minutes after we finally got our meals, the waiter asked if we were ready for the check. Seriously? After waiting so long for our food, you're already rushing us for the check? To top it off, our entire order was wrong. The waiter seemed unsure of what to do most of the time. It was such a disappointing experience that I didn't even feel inclined to leave a tip. Get it together, IHOP!

We waited for nearly 30 minutes without anyone coming to our table. Fortunately, Bridgette noticed that we hadn't been attended to and came over to assist us. She's amazing!
