It is always busy, so it is recommended to choose the timing wisely to avoid long waits. However, I was informed that the restroom door was electronically controlled and would not open until my order was placed at the register. This seemed like a ridiculous policy that inconvenienced me and caused me to lose interest in making a purchase. The staff should have been more accommodating and understanding of my urgent need. The lack of customer service and inconvenience experienced at this establishment has led me to consider taking my business elsewhere in the future.

To be fair, the waiting times can sometimes be a bit excessive—I've waited as long as 30 minutes—but I've never had an issue with the food. Most of the time, the chips are nice and crispy. It sounds like it can be a hit or miss experience.
