Red Rooster - Caboolture

We popped into this restaurant around 9:30 on a Wednesday night for what was our first and last Red Rooster experience.The chicken was very plain and we could just as well have purchased a roasted chicken from a grocery outlet for a much better price.Besides that however, the place appeared untiry and the television way too noisy. The staff was however friendly and tried to assist.All round, we won't be back.

Nothing is a problem. Will cut chickens into however many portions you want for you party - as long as you ring first.

Poor service, absolute no respect for what they are serving to the people, and the most disgusting fastfood store in the Caboolture area.

So I intended to buy enough roast chicken and all the sides for a feast for 5 adults..... But by the time I got to the store (I had been travelling for over an hour) I needed to pee, really desperately.... Couldn't even concentrate on making my food selections until I had been to the loo..... First things firstAnd she says "I am sorry but the toilet door is controlled electronically and it won't open until I have put your sale through the register!" Are you serious????Surely staff should be able to push a button or something to override this ridiculous set up..... I am a 50+ year old woman...Hardly a drug user looking for a place to take a hit... Or some local lout wanting to pee and leave....Lost this and all future sales from our family....and for a food chain that struggles to compete, and a franchise store that rarely looks busy..... Take a hard look at yourselves!And the smarmy mouthed "Assistant Manager" needs a lesson in customer service....
