It features a spacious dining area adorned with beautiful wooden floors, creating a pleasant atmosphere. It also offers a selection of drinks and snacks to enjoy by the hotel's main pool. When it comes to flavor, everyone's palate is different, but the restaurant does boast an impressive wine list. I must say that Australian wines have notably improved, particularly the Rieslings and Sauvignon Blancs. While they do serve beer, it's worth mentioning that there is no draft option, which is a drawback. However, the cocktails by the pool are excellent, and I highly recommend the Belvedere Mojito. The staff at the hotel are exceptional and truly enhance the dining experience. In the evenings, the illuminated swimming pool becomes a stunning focal point, although swimming is no longer permitted after dark. The ambiance created by the lighting is simply delightful. One recommendation: be prepared for prices. Main courses start at $28, which is typical for Australia. Overall, I would give this restaurant my highest recommendation! --- Feel free to adjust any parts further if necessary!
