Chicken Now - Cabazon
Chicken Now
Description
Located in an outlet-mall food court, this chicken-focused spot divides diners: standout fried items — crispy fries, fried plantains and occasional juicy chicken strips — earn praise, but inconsistent quality (dry, rubbery or spoiled chicken) and skimpy salads disappoint. Service is uneven; staff are praised for effort but many outlets are understaffed, causing 30–45 minute waits. The setting feels dreary. Recommended only for adventurous shoppers seeking a quick fried bite, with caution about chicken quality and variable wait times.

Delicious food. Very cost-effective. Smiling people. Just remember if you don't like spicy food.
There are only 2 employees working and still they were ingenious, this 2 needs an increase, they also need help, all other stores has 3 or more workers, but this store is only 2..., the line is very long and the wait is 30-45 minutes coz by only 2 workers, pls add 1 or 2 more for fast service pls..., your employees on this day Nov 21,2021 are very tired...,5 stars for good food...
Looks a little suspicious, but probably the best chicken strips we've ever had. They were big pieces of juicy chicken with a crack out. Better than any restaurant chicken I've ever seen.
We had shopping there for a while and we hadNo many choices where to eat so we found themOn food court. The worst food of the food industry. We became sick of just look at it, it’s taste disaster and looks awful.
I waited 15 minutes with only one person ahead of me and was completely ignored. The woman at the front register was busy chatting with the customer in front of us, and after their conversation, she just turned her back on my partner and me. She wouldn't take our order at all. One customer who went up to pick up her food had to wait 30 minutes, and even then, her order wasn't ready. Waiting over 30 minutes with no line? That's unacceptable. "Chicken now"? More like "chicken never."
