The woman at the front register was busy chatting with the customer in front of us, and after their conversation, she just turned her back on my partner and me. She wouldn't take our order at all. One customer who went up to pick up her food had to wait 30 minutes, and even then, her order wasn't ready. Waiting over 30 minutes with no line? That's unacceptable. "Chicken now"? More like "chicken never."
