Dunkin' - Byram
Dunkin'
Description
Donuts and sweet iced drinks are the bright spots at this casual chain café, popular for grab-and-go mornings and ample parking. Praise for iced coffee, bagels and munchkins contrasts with frequent complaints about weak, watery coffee, dry or stale pastries, undercooked breakfast sandwiches and uneven service — including order confusion and occasional rudeness. Value-focused policies (a fee for no ice) and inconsistent food prep make visits unpredictable: convenient for quick takeout, but hit-or-miss for sit-down breakfasts.

I had ordered a simple, simple, bacon, avocado toast, and a simple drink. My bread was not even toasted and the bacon you mean the one piece that was cut in the three and then thrown on there not even cooked no thank you not again Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 1
I would appreciate it if we were given the option to choose our own munchkin flavors or if the assorted flavors included more variety than just glazed and chocolate.
This restaurant is run by profit-seekers. It's the only Dunkin' Donuts I know that charges extra for not having ice in your drink. When I order an iced coffee for later in the day, the ice melts completely, leaving me with a watered-down drink. It's currently winter, so I don't want a cup of ice topped with their watered-down coffee. It seems like they use less coffee grounds to save money. And don't even get me started on the old donuts. Look for a new coffee shop, there are plenty around.
