When I order an iced coffee f... read more This restaurant is run by profit-seekers. It's the only Dunkin' Donuts I know that charges extra for not having ice in your drink. When I order an iced coffee for later in the day, the ice melts completely, leaving me with a watered-down drink. It's currently winter, so I don't want a cup of ice topped with their watered-down coffee. It seems like they use less coffee grounds to save money. And don't even get me started on the old donuts. Look for a new coffee shop, there are plenty around.

The only thing that was good was the donut, and that is the only thing they should focus on, as they did originally. The coffee tasted like water with a hint of coffee flavor, and the croissant was not at all like a traditional croissant, but rather a dry, oddly flavored bread. We will only be purchasing donuts from Dunkin' Donuts in the future.
