A group of six of us went for a casual dinner after a show. We all enjoyed the appetizers we shared, they were excellent! Restaurant was quite empty without waiting, but our food took forever to come. We asked twice and said the kitchen was safe. I'd hate to see how stuffed it is when it's overcrowded. I guess they were just occupied. View all feedback.
The food was amazing and the service was top-notch.
The restaurant was not very crowded and we were seated right away, but it took a long time for our food to be served. We inquired about the delay twice and were told that the kitchen was busy. I could only imagine how sluggish the service would be if the restaurant was full. It appeared that they were understaffed.
Unfortunately, it seems that TGIF is going through a decline. I used to enjoy eating there, but my recent experiences at different locations have been disappointing. This particular visit was especially bad. Our server, while friendly, seemed overwhelmed and took a long time to serve us. We had to repeatedly ask for basic items that were missing from our meals. Even after speaking with the manager, we only received our side dishes after everyone had finished eating. Additionally, there were issues with coupons being applied incorrectly, but I didn't have the patience to wait for it to be fixed. I usually have a high level of understanding when dining out, but this experience was exceptionally poor. To make matters worse, I suffered from a severe stomach ache afterward. I do not recommend this restaurant and do not plan on returning.
When I arrived at this restaurant, I didn't expect much.
The food is amazing but I told them no sauce and yet here I am with a bunch of guacamole in my sandwich Barito I went back and they kindly fix my order
