What Elmer Jenkins doesn't like about Back Yard Burgers:
The crackhead version of BYB. Use to be elite food, now it's eagerly dried bungalows unseasoned gum-like food. Hot plates from a fast stop are better. Don't go there. Management has changed and thus quality. It is literally the dollar tree version of BYB. Such disappointment and goes to show how bad management is poor product equally bad reviews reduced sales and business closure. You really should remove the shield? View all feedback.

I have been coming here since I was a kid. Lately though, they have gotten so so much better. The food is great. The people are very friendly.
The place is way too large, that's amazing and it's clean, also good service from the employees
