Subway - Byesville
Subway
Description
A recent dining experience at a local restaurant reveals a stark contrast in service quality and staff behavior. While many appreciate the delicious food and reasonable prices, concerns have been raised about rude interactions and unprofessional conduct, including alarming instances of employee mistreatment. The establishment maintains a clean atmosphere, and some customers have praised the friendly staff; however, inconsistency in service and confusion over health protocols have marred the experience for others. This restaurant seems to exemplify the critical role that staff attitude plays in shaping customer perceptions and overall satisfaction in the fast-casual dining landscape.

The restaurant offers takeout service. The staff were friendly, and the establishment was clean and well-kept. However, I’m a bit uncertain about the mask policy, as the employees did not have masks on.
I first attempted to use the drive-thru, but after waiting three minutes without any response, I opted to park and go inside. Sadly, the staff was very rude, and I could sense their negative attitude while I was placing my order. This was not the experience I was hoping for during a family meal. I paid for my food and left with no plans to return. The establishment was also unclean, and the service was awful. Even if someone is having a bad day, it's crucial to stay professional and not direct their frustrations at customers. After all, they represent a franchise.
I was having dinner with my family after returning from vacation when I witnessed something truly shocking. I believe it was the boss or a manager who was berating a young girl, no older than 17, telling her that nobody liked her because she was lazy. It was so uncomfortable that we decided to pack up our meal and leave. It’s disgraceful how someone can treat their employees this way. As a manager, your role should be to train and support your staff, not to belittle them.
Just moved into town and have ate there twice. Both times I went in, the two workers were extremely friendly and had a sense of urgency. Restaurant chains like this where the food is basically the same at all locations, depend on their employees to separate themselves from the rest; the workers here make this Subway a lot better than most.
I absolutely love this restaurant! For takeout, I've had dinner here, and the prices per person are quite reasonable, ranging from $10 to $20. The food is outstanding, earning a perfect score of 5. The service is also impeccable, rated a solid 5. Plus, the atmosphere is fantastic, also deserving a 5. Highly recommend!
