The restaurant is always bustling with activity, but they clearly excel at what they do. It's great to see familiar faces during my visits, especially since the nearby Dunkin' has been closed for months.
I'm just on my way to Martha's Vineyard all year round. However, this year had exceptional service and a very friendly and fast staff, especially for 5 o'clock. The place was clean and well maintained, could not really ask for much more!
The restaurant was quite busy during my visit, but the food was excellent and the coffee was made fresh to order. However, I think you could use some more staff assistance.
Ive worked for dunks so i know the process and that the company is willing to hire absolutely anyone. But this store is complete trash. Never get my order correct and when you call they will hangup on you mid sentence. Lack of motivation and proper training.
Service this am was awful...wrong items twice and ridiculous wait. Must have new people...hope ot improves
