Dunkin' - BUZZARDS BAY
Dunkin'
Description
This bustling Dunkin' is a convenient, well-maintained stop known for fresh, made-to-order coffee, cheerful fast service and loyal regulars (even pets). Peak times can be crowded and staffing strains lead to occasional order errors, rude interactions, and sporadic food-safety lapses—burnt pastries, odd flavors, and foreign objects reported. Overall it’s a reliable quick-stop with friendly crews and room for improved training and quality control.

I ordered a simple bacon, egg, and cheese sandwich on a croissant yesterday morning through a mobile app and had a colleague pick it up while he was getting coffee. Unfortunately, when I received it, the croissant was completely burnt and the bacon was covered in a slimy, clear glaze that tasted like maple syrup, which was off-putting. I expected just a regular sandwich without any maple or sugary bacon. Given the burnt croissant and the inedible bacon, even though I was extremely hungry, I could only eat a small portion of the bottom of the croissant that wasn't burned. I just don't understand how food like this can be served, considering someone is going to expect to eat it.
This location had the usual Dunkin' food items for breakfast. This location was crowded busy on a Saturday morning; so you may have to wait a few minutes for your order.
Ive worked for dunks so i know the process and that the company is willing to hire absolutely anyone. But this store is complete trash. Never get my order correct and when you call they will hangup on you mid sentence. Lack of motivation and proper training.
Service this am was awful...wrong items twice and ridiculous wait. Must have new people...hope ot improves
The doors are still locked at 5:25. I watched an older woman who works here ring the buzzer for the girls inside to let her in for a good ten minutes before walking over to the drive in window and yelling at them to open the door. The girls in the back were clearly visible talking and having a good old time with the doors locked ignoring their coworker outside in the cold.
