Food was excellent. Service was okay. We were rushed out as the next sitting was present. For a small place, that’s service is typically slow which I do not mind as the food is worth the wait, I was extremely put off by the waitress telling us that the next reservation was waiting. I realize that it was Valentine’s Day, but there was a nice band playing, and we had ordered dessert as well as drinks that were not fini... View all feedback.

Service was slow and careless. The chowder was bland with insufficient ingredients—there were lobster pieces initially, but they disappeared later. The stuffed quahog was also disappointing. I won’t be coming back. View all feedback.
I wanted to eat with my parents. the old house has been transformed into seating. great selection of microbes and delicious meeresfruits. I have to get the charlie chowdah.
From this place many times driven over many years and never noticed it. great friendly service, very good, ready to order food, and fair prices. ate outside, but the interieur was funny looking. that is a happy fund in buzzards bay. skip the bypass and drive it through the city.
Truly a hidden is Stomping Grounds Grill in Buzzards Bay. My better half had been pestering me to go and because I'm so fussy and thought it was a sandwich place, I kept stalling. So often we are disappointed when we go out to eat. Boy, was I surprised! As an appetizer we split the little neck clams. For the main course I had the pasta with lobster and shrimp. He had the Mediterranean seafood stew. All 3 dishes were incredible! From our server to Chef owners Helene and Charles, everything was 5 stars.
Went for dinner with my parents. Loved the old house turned into seating. Awesome selection of Micro beers and delicious seafood. Gotta get the Charlie Chowdah.
Very delicious and fresh. Seafood and steak was perfectly cooked. Amazing desert Owner is amazing and makes you feel at home. Just ask to meet her she is your Chef as well.
