Yuck.Been a DD customer for over 30 yrs in NY, this franchise was the worse of the worst. Coffee and lattee that were flavorless (think very weak hot water), a bagel with the taste and texture of cardboard.
Prices are up, quality is down, rewards program doesn 't always work and is harder to earn rewards , service nothing special.
Service was slow. They didn't have my complete order ready to go.
Expect a better
Same as all DDs these days, horrible.
