Dunkin' - BUZZARDS BAY
Dunkin'
Description
Beloved by locals as a morning ritual, this Dunkin' serves dependable coffee and hot breakfast sandwiches seven days a week, with friendly morning teams and quick service at times. Experiences vary: rush-hour lines and uneven staff training can cause slow service, order mistakes and inconsistent food quality. Some patrons praise perfectly made drinks and fresh sandwiches; others report weak coffee or mishaps like poorly cooked items. It’s a convenient neighborhood grab-and-go spot—comfortable but imperfect.

The staff is friendly and welcoming, and the coffee is consistently excellent. The sandwiches are always fresh and delicious, served hot every time. They offer perfect coffee and sandwiches seven days a week. The morning team always provides service with a smile!
I'd give this Dunkin' Donuts 3 stars and a similar review to most others. In New England, it's all about coffee, breakfast, and the daily routine. During the morning rush between 6:30 8 am, expect longer waits. While the food and coffee are average and may not match up to Starbucks, Dunkin' is a part of the local culture. Service can vary, and quality isn't always consistent, but hey, it's Dunkies – a beloved part of life in New England.
Typically, I wouldn’t bother reviewing a chain restaurant, but after working at Dunkin for nearly five years, I feel compelled to share my recent experience. The service was astonishingly slow, even though the place was nearly empty. I constantly had to correct them during and after placing my order, as they kept trying to give me items I hadn’t requested, such as a nitro cold brew instead of a regular coffee and bacon on my wrap when I’m a vegetarian. The worst part was that they cooked the wax paper from the egg patty right into my food! Honestly, it seemed like the staff hadn’t received proper training. I’d suggest going to the Starbucks next door instead.
