Fully Tabooly Kebab Stop

The kebab I had was decent, featuring juicy chicken and satisfactory ingredients. The portion size and price were both average. However, they forgot the garlic sauce, even though it was marked on the bag. I've noticed that recent feedback on curbside service has been unfavorable. When they asked for my order, I didn't realize they were addressing me since they looked away, so I wasn't sure what they were saying.

Wait 20 minutes to say that they lost my order for 1 kebab? then gave me a disgusting kebab, avoiding them at all costs.

When this restaurant first opened, it was the place to go. I'm not sure what went wrong, but the staff has changed. There was a guy who used to work at the Guildford Kebab store and he was exceptional. Unfortunately, the service has declined significantly. I once made an order, and the woman behind the counter tried to overload my kebab, but another employee had to correct her, and she didn’t seem very pleased about it. The last time I dined there, I found a hair in my kebab, which was quite off-putting. I ended up discarding a good half of it because it just wasn’t enjoyable. Overall, the food isn't worth the price they charge.

I have to say that dining here has improved significantly since it first opened, from the fresh bread to the customer service. However, it has now settled into being just an average kebab spot. I’ve noticed that they have forgotten to add the sauce to my kebab three times, which is quite frustrating. The shish kebabs are delicious, and the meat is always well-cooked and well-seasoned. The prices are typical for a kebab place. Overall, it's a decent option for a quick meal.
