"The first thing to note is the importance of what customers order. After confirming my vegetarian meal three times, they ended up serving me beef. It then took an excruciatingly long time to prepare a replacement order. The service was poor, and there was a complete lack of respect for customers. I do not recommend visiting this restaurant.

Charging for water is the most outrageous thing I've ever encountered.
They have hiked up the price by a lot. Don’t go here. Go to the neighboring ones

The prices here are much too high, and there's no option for online ordering. It's basically just a Taco Bell Express. I can't even use my Taco Lover's Pass for my daily taco fix. If you're not a true Taco Bell, why not choose a different name?
Not too sure why it says it is closed. I was there 2 nights ago and it was as open as most legs in Vegas, just not all night long. Pitty. Zenen should be promoted. I will make this short, but Zenen greeted me very quickly after walking in. Made me feel important and genuinely seemed happy to be there and like he enjoys what he does. He is a perfect model for others in the organization. You should hire more people like him. Zenen has a level of courtesy and respect I would expect in a dine in restaurant. Thank you for providing me an exceptional customer service experience. Cheers!
