My customer service was great! The place was very busy so I had to wait 35 minutes for my pepperoni pizza, but it was pretty good when I finally got it. I don't blame the staff for not having hot n ready's because they were very short staffed. The franchise owner should hire more people. Yes it would cost more but it would pay off with more satisfied customers. Overall my experience was pretty good. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Little Caesars Pizza:
The dip court is always a winner, but they never have a hot and ready pizza when I stop. Other places do, but 100% of the time that I do during the advertised time frame for a hot and ready, they do not have them ready. I'm just gone a few times and I'll wait a few times. The workers are as if I'm the one who wants the pizza hot and ready... it's not what your sign says, honey. SMALL View all feedback.
I order this pizza at 11 a.m. at 12:15 p.m. they gave me a delivery time between 12:15 and 12: 18 I ordered to be delivered to my friend's daughter house and I wait. If they could not send me a text or an e-mail.
Do not waste your money here! I called to order pizza and asked to order 3 pizzas with garlic sauce no red sauce. The person i was talking to said it would be $45. I told him that we just ordered it and paid under $20 multiple times this past month. So i asked to speak to a manager. He yelled THIS IS HIM! I said Whats up with the attitude? he yelled its you! And hung up on me. I can not believe that just happened. Who let that man be a manager? Needs to get a job away from people!
How the hell does the 5 dollar hot and ready take 15? minutes. If I would have known ida made a frozen pizza at home. Wack as hell. So we wait the 15 minutes... Get out to the car go to eat the bread sticks and there is mold on the sauce. Not just a little bit it's white fuzzy mold so I drive back to the place and I show it to the guy and he has the audacity to look me in my face and tell me that it's ice. No it's not it's fuzzy mold I know the difference between ice and mold. Dude then brought the container to the back, Came back again and tried to tell me that it was ice and it had already melted in the back to badd I had the lid in my hand and it had fuzzy white mold on it as well. You can clearly tell that it is not ice and if it was ice it would have melted already. I pointed it out to him and told him I'm not in dumb. He did not want to give me my money back. I had to argue for several minutes he finally did give me a refund. For the moldy food. The pic of the sauce is when I was in the parking lot. The lid pic I took later on.
Little Ceasers is guilty of false advertising as far as I'm concerned. I've never been here when the hot and ready pizza's are actually ready. It's just as cheap and easier to order pizza online from a big chain. That way when you show up it's actually ready. Update: I don't know why but I gave this place another shot today. I thought, it's Monday and 6:45pm, chances are good at least one pizza will be ready. Wow did they prove me wrong. There were 3 people standing there waiting and both of the pizza holders were empty. Needless to say I turned around and walked out. I didn't really feel like standing there for 30 minutes to wait for a mediocre pizza. I got two things out of this visit. One, I still don't get how they can advertise their food as hot and ready when it is never ready. Two, they need to get some seats for the people who will actually wait there 30 minutes for a pizza.
