What Shawn Tolbert doesn't like about Firehouse Subs Butler Crossing:
While I waited 15 minutes for 2 subs I saw 2 people ask about the restroom. They were handed a spatula with a key on it from behind the same counter they make food. After the spatula came back the same person who touched it was all in the coolers. I almost threw up. The subs were great though fecal matter and all. Don't think this is fast food. I'm not sure if this is a one-time issue or if it's always like this, but after waiting 15 minutes, I decided to cut my losses. I left without my sandwich, even though I tipped 15% rounded up, because I can't spend my whole day waiting. Service: Takeout. Rating: 1.
The prices are absolutely insane first of all, second the portions are laughable, third I waited 30 minutes for a sandwich because they had 1 guy making everything including all the call in and online orders. I waited over two hours, only to receive a notification that my order was canceled because the staff seemed unwilling to do their jobs. Disappointing experience!
