Vasse Bar + Kitchen - Busselton

My partner and I went to the Vasse for my birthday, the bar staff were incredible and even gave me a complimentary birthday drink. However the kitchen staff left a lot to be desired. We ordered an entree to share to be followed by their specialty share plate. The food was beautiful but unfortunately the entree and the main meal arrived at the same time, so instead of a leisurely birthday dinner it was a hurried affair so the food didn’t get cold. I don’t know whether it’s the chef or restaurant manager who is in charge of this but you really need to lift your game.

Haven't been to The Vasse Tavern since last century and four of us decided to have lunch on the recommendation of a local. Steak burger, calamari and a couple of fettuccini carbonaras, assorted drinks. Good service, quick delivery from the kitchen and silence reigned while we enjoyed our tasty meals. Adequate plated and great value.

Great food and atmosphere. Ryan made the night, friendly and excellent bar service, clearing tables and making the dining experience thoroughly enjoyable. Ryan is a credit to the establishment.

Well if you care to walk into town away from the beach you will find this pleasant pub on the right (walk with the beach behind you), sure there are loads of places to eat in Bussleton but the friendly staff, the enormous portions and the general atmosphere takes top prize for me. Had a sharing plate for two which really could have fed four at lunch time, it was fab, good selection of beers and other drinks too. Highly recommend

Beautiful upgrades . Povely food but we drew the short straw. All around us was leaving food on plates as servings were big . Decided to share a fish and chips . Was lovely but way smaller than all that came out. I think we paid for full meal but ended up with half portion (this is an option def not worth $29 as 2 small pieces of fish a handul of chips and a salad . Pity .
