Rang for a booking today for Thursday) no problems until we arrived and closed, why do they not open a booking and mobile number then and do not even call us to inform. bad communication

It's hardly brilliant, but okay. we had the atlantic salmon and butter chicken between us. the salmon was barely cooked and not grilled. veggies were still hard. the butter chicken was pretty good, but a little sharp on butter chicken! everything in everything, was just ok.

THE FIRST TIME HERE AND DEFINITELY THE LAST. .We waited over an hour for our meal to arrive and the manger did not have any type of care factor after advising him of our wait. Even after complaining the manger then did not come near us to even ask how the meal was.We both ordered a medium steak and got close to a rare steak. The feeling was that all the pick up order’s were processed before ours.When finished and paying the bill I was then asked what was the meal like when and I said the service was bad and the steaks were not cooked. He then looked at me then processed the payment and said absolutely nothing. If you keep this type of service then you won’t be there long. All the people I was with will not be back.

Had a really nice fillet steak with chips and vegetables. Thanks
