Propaganda Bury

Terrible experience. We walked in and stood at the empty bar for 15 minutes, waiting to be served. The atmosphere was unsettling, with a clientele that was aggressive and confrontational. A drunk and angry girl approached us as soon as we arrived, seemingly wanting to start a fight. She even knocked a hat off someone's head and hit my friend in the face. This behavior seemed to be common that night. Overall, it was not a pleasant experience and I have no intention of returning.

Five of us went for our work Christmas meal. We booked the reservation six weeks in advance for a meal at 4:30pm. Unfortunately, we had to wait an hour for our food, despite asking three times. When the food finally arrived, it was all cold. Our drink orders were even forgotten. We ended up paying for the drinks and leaving.

Felt really sorry for the staff that actually tried! Constantly had to ask for refills, sat for a whole hour waiting for food and then the owners response to our complaint about waiting was well your here for 90 minutes anyway. He then proceeded to snatch drinks from the table very aggressively and Insist I had turned up for a freebie anyway (his own words). Very unprofessional and may I add the place is very dirty my feet stuck to the floor the food is served in food caddies where the staff bring out the plates right next to bins and if that’s how the general areas seen by the public are kept I dread to think what the kitchen is like. On the plus side I had 4 vodka cranberries that there was no charge for I will not be returning that’s for sure.

Booked for the bottomless brunch for my friend's birthday as when I came before it was really good, unfortunately this visit was awful. We arrived early so bought a drink we were then seated placed our order for food and got more drinks, we had to keep asking for refills and after waiting an hour for food we told a member of staff, the girl was lovely but then a man came with food but it wasn't the right order when we told him this he became very rude shouting that he knew we just wanted a freebie when we walked in,,this was not the case and when we told him this he snatched the drinks and shouted for us to leave. We was in utter shock but to make matters worse we were then told this was the owner, surely he should be setting an example to his staff on what customer service should be not what it shouldn't be. Will not be returning

Food cold. Service colder Atmosphere -poor. Restaurant prices for what is Frankie and Benny food at best. Part of the order was wrong. Told the waitress to which the reply was “okay”. Then never saw her again! Won’t be going again. That is all.
