Panera Bread - Burton

The food is good but that doesn't make up for a filthy restaurant. The place was pretty much empty at 430p on a Saturday and the cashier didn't have anything she had to do now that they have a self order kiosk. The floors were sticky, crumbs, and soup spills on the tables, and bathroom trash was overflowing.

I've never been disappointed by the service or the food Edit: I just walked in and had lunch for the first time and it's GORGEOUS on the inside. The staff is super nice. The manager checked twice with me to make sure everything goes well and that I enjoyed my meal. If I could give it more stars, I would.

Grand Blanc Panera is absolutely brilliant. My son and I go to dinner every Tuesday night. Dan, the General Manager is doing a fantastic job that runs his staff. We will always return. Keep the big work!!

I'm usually not a fan of big chain restaurants, but Panera is one of few exceptions. The food they offer is made with good ingredients and always meets expectations. I really appreciate their simple app and fast preparation for online orders. I usually order during check-out in the grocery store and until the time I order to Panera my order is ready to go what is super convenient. One of my favorites is the Baja Chicken Bowl, give it a try.
