Pulled in at 7:43 two people ahead of me, ordered a 8p meal and chicken strips , was told to pull around and wait. Called from the parking lot at 8:03 talked to a manager. She said it was going to be a couple more minutes then hung up. Food was brought out a couple min later, got home missing one mashed potato, and all the chicken in the bucket was gross all the skin and breading was mostly hanging off. So glad I spe... Went to the drive thru and ordered a $30 family feast and 5 chicken tenders and they said it was a total of $46.32 I asked why it was $15 more and they said the soda and tenders were the extra HOWEVER the soda was included in the feast and they said OK it's only $42 and I questioned why I was being charged so much for the 5 tenders (Alone without anything else) were over $10 when their menu shows a 5 tenders box (with soda, 2 sides 2 sauces and a biscuit) for only $8.99 Makes no sense. I think someone is pocketing the difference!!! I will never go to this location again. However the Lapeer location is Fantastic. Never a problem or mistake.

This place is a joke and I am amazed this location is still in business. This visit will be our final. Ordered over $30 of food online and when I got there they said we don't have any of your food. What? Mind you, this was an order of several different items which included sides. How do they not have mac and cheese? I mean good Lord, how do you not have chicken? It's Kentucky Fried CHICKEN for heaven's sake. I asked for a refund they said there was nothing they could do. They said something about Door Dash. Huh? We ordered directly through KFC's website for pickup. Extremely rude. From what I read on other reviews it sounds like they are always out of food. There should be a process set up to halt online orders when stock is low so this doesn't happen. What is the deal with KFC's in Genesee County? You either have to worry about getting hepatitis, deal with extremely rude people or they rob you.
Employee who took my drive thru order was patient with me as I reviewed the menu. Food was good. I got popcorn chicken.
