I'm treated like family here I go almost daily and as soon as I pull up they start making my drink, sometimes before I even get in there!!Dietary restrictions: I love that they have a larger variety of sugar free options becuz I'm diabetic and usually anywhere else I go they only have sugar free French vanilla and here they have several sugar free options! Not really good. Service is rude. Asked for a vanilla bean and they said I have to poor it my self. Your other locations do it with no issue. On top of that the workers were irritated. View all feedback.
Was there for a group meeting. Staff was friendly and helpful. It was clean and nice to visit. We moved around the tables a bit and of course restored order when we were done. The staff was very accommodating.
Ordered banana berry freeze for first time. It was delicious!! Will order again!!
Paige makes the drink making process look like an art. She enhances the Biggby experience by a million. I will always make the stop at the Lake Nepessing Location to see her smiling face.

I had the wonderful pleasure of visiting on Black Friday. I was looking for the gift bags but they were sadly out. As were all the other ones in the area.I was having a bad morning and was really upset but decided to get my coffee and breakfast anyway.The wonderful employees made my morning and even decorated my cup with stickers and a heartfelt note.They are amazing!!
