I like the small cafe restaurants. The service was very slow, and the food was average. While my son and I were eating, the staff reached across the table, searching a specific jam without any notice. Our small table was already crowded with our order. I absolutely loved this place. It is an authentic family restaurant, the servers are siblings, and mom is in the kitchen. The food was good and they gave you nice size servings, food is cooked to order by mom so there is a little wait, but the food comes out fresh and hot.
I find it rather funny when they have a sign on the front of their window saying “ best breakfast in town”. We honestly waited over twenty minutes to even order our breakfast this morning. The food reminded of going through the chow line on base. Tasteless and over priced for a local diner. Extremely disappointed. Never again.
If I have a last meal, I want it to be here. Very special!
