We arrived at 7 AM and waited until 8 AM, only to find a sign put up at 8:05 AM announcing that they wouldn't open until 10 AM today. What a disappointment!

Additionally, t... read more This kiosk needs new management. I witnessed the manager crying inside before abruptly leaving, which was very unprofessional and disappointing. Additionally, the ice in my lemonade had white and gray flakes, suggesting that the ice machine hasn’t been properly cleaned in a while. I cannot recommend this place.

You cannot be rude to your coworkers and then s... read more Idk how my review was taken down, but I will never go back to this Starbucks because of the girl who manages it. You cannot be rude to your coworkers and then suddenly be nice to a customer's face, like they didn't just see or hear how terrible she was to her employees. I don't ever want to go back to this Safeway because of her. I don't know how anyone can work in her hostile environment. Less than 2 weeks ago I saw her make an older woman nearly cry. I've heard her chew out/yell at her employees, when I was clear back by the meat department! I refuse to shop or spend my money where that behavior is condoned.
