The brisket was incredibly tender, and both dishes boasted the perfect smoky flavor. The potato salad was unique and far from the typical variety, which made it very enjoyable. The coleslaw was lightly dressed, which is a refreshing change from the usual overly sweet mayonnaise-heavy versions. Overall, the flavors were excellent. I highly recommend Otts!
