Pizza Hut - Burnettown

During our visit, the service was efficient, friendly, and courteous. I highly recommend this restaurant!

In the last three out of four times I have ordered since December, the restaurant has consistently sent me the wrong items that I had requested. I even tried to confirm my order to ensure it wasn't mixed up, but I was placed on hold immediately after my call was answered and waited over 10 minutes. I eventually hung up and tried calling from my partner's phone, only to have the same experience. The staff unnecessarily informed us that our order was incorrect once again. They finally brought out the correct items about 30 minutes later. I used to love this place and the delivery drivers, but they have been struggling with their service and the manager was rude when I called to inform them of the mistake.

My wings were terrible. The sauce was completely off. I waited for over 30 minutes after being told my wings were ready, only to see someone who arrived after me get their food before me. I was very disappointed because I was craving some delicious Parmesan wings, but they were not what I received. It was a disgusting and unpleasant experience. I demand a refund!

Delivery person is real nice and mine food is delicious

This is the second time I’ve order pizza from this location and literally 75% of the pizza has no cheese. Last week I let it slide and wasted $50 and didn’t complain. This week I’m posting a review after wasting another $50 on pizza with missing cheese. I will not order from this location again!
