Panago Pizza - Burnaby

Hello, this place is really terrible. I know Panago Pizza is delicious, but this place is incredibly bad. I have complained to them many times, but I will not be going back. I prefer going to the Ross store Panago Pizza because they are always honest about the wait time for orders. However, here they always say it will be 3 minutes or 5 minutes, but it ends up being 20-25 minutes. I usually wait with my son, and the staff always seem to be in a rush. They are always rude and unprofessional, playing with customers' nerves. My child is scared because of this. When I ask them about the delay, they just laugh and shrug it off. The pizza is good and the location is convenient, but I will be going to a different Panago Pizza location from now on. This was my last visit on June 12, 2022 at 8 PM. They should just be honest about the wait time, whether it's 15-20 or 30 minutes.

This restaurant is fantastic. Every dish is mouthwatering and delicious. The flavors are exceptional. Thank you, Panago Pizza, for making my day!

The restaurant at Sperling location has new management and it seems to be making an effort to improve. I tried it last night and the food was delicious and well-prepared.
