This was my second visit, and unfortunately, I experienced the same rudeness from the servers, who treated customers like children. I'm really impressed with their beer selection and special offers. The regular staff are very friendly and handle the busy times, like the first week of school or finals week, exceptionally well. Although some people claim the service is slow, I believe it has improved significantly over the past year.
