Cora's is a breakfast spot with mixed reviews. While some diners found the food bland and overpriced, others praised the large portions and vegan options. The service quality was inconsistent, with some customers experiencing poor customer service and others receiving attentive treatment. The convenient location and free coffee until 8 am made it a popular choice despite noise and crowding issues. Was Anonym at Cora a mag?
We asked the concierge at Hilton at metrotown for a breakfast place to go to, he said we'll love it. He was right ! We had the best breakfast in Vancouver . Not many vegan options but my daughter was able to modify the veggie skillet.Really good place to visit!! Thks Matt for the great service!! View all feedback.

What Anonym dislikes about Cora:
A good place for breakfast or brunch. It can get very busy and you may have to wait for a table unfortunately. The food is great, lots of fresh fruit! We have gone here several times and it has been good up until our last visit. Our cutlery had food chunks stuck to it, my hot chocolate came with a hair in it, and my partners fruit bowl was accompanied by a small bug exploring his banana. The food is good and the staf... Another locationI came here 'cause some friends wanted to.

I wasn't very impressed with the food. The picture looks much better than the actual food. The taste was just fine. The price was a little higher than he should be. I'd rather go with IHOP with cheaper costs and better taste.

We visited on a Sunday morning, after winning $25 worth of gift vouchers at a neighbourhood community event the day before, our first visit to Cora. The place was very busy, service good, and both meals were very good. When the bill arrived, $31,...we put out the vouchers (1x $20, and 1x $5), the balance and a $5 tip in cash. The waitress returned and advised we could only use the $20 gift voucher, and one meal would have to be worth $20 to use it, as they couldn 't give back anything remaining of the $20. What??? We advised this is not stated on the certificates. She then said it was the 'computer ', but she could make it work that we would get a $10 voucher back for another time. She took it away, then returned and said she was able to deduct $20.40, and give us back the $5 voucher for another time. What?? We paid the difference with a smaller tip, then gave the $5 voucher to the family next to us. What a disappointing way they handled these gift vouchers. Value is value, and we didn 't even see a $20 food item on the menu, so how would that ever work? While the food was good, we won 't be back and we will advise the event organizers who raffled off these gift vouchers, of the unforeseen restrictions.

South Burnaby has long been lacking in quality breakfast choices, with only fast food spots like McDonald's, A&W, and Burger King available. While Jules Cafe on Rumble offers decent options, I often crave something different. Thankfully, Cora recently opened in early April at the former Applebee’s site in Highgate Mall. This well-known chain specializes in breakfast and is particularly acclaimed for its fresh fruit-themed dishes. Having enjoyed meals at their Richmond and Coquitlam locations, I was eager to check out their new Burnaby branch as soon as it opened.

I don't usually go out for brunch, but this time I decided to try Cora in Coquitlam. I've been there once before, and it's usually quite busy, making it hard to even get inside! I suppose that’s understandable since Cora only serves breakfast and lunch. I enjoy going there because their menu is extensive, offering a wide variety of delicious options, and they provide an abundance of fruit. I'm a big fan of fruit, so seeing all of that around me was quite delightful.
