I'm the one person in our office who has not jumped on the California Sandwich train. I had heard great things about "On a Bun" so I stopped in today for lunch. I had a delicious, delicately breaded eggplant sandwich on a super soft, fresh bun. I don't like tough Kaisers, and I don't like flaky Kaisers. This bun was perfect for me.
