What Jace F doesn't like about Dimarios:
5 star service, 2 star food. The apps and small plates were nice, but the entrees is where this place flopped. Steak waaayyy overdone, somewhat bland pasta dishes, etc. Decent wine list (maybe smuggle in a few more new world bottles). Let the chefs work out the kinks before going back. View all feedback. Came here for dinner. They immediately asked if we had a reservation. It was 7pm on a Weds but I didn't have one thinking it wouldn't be a big deal. The street was pretty quiet but the host made it seem like no reservation was a huge deal. He walked away and came back about 6 minutes later saying they could squeeze us in. Okay, great! Update: since the new owners took over and revamped the restaurant and menu, the once highly respected restaurant is not the same as when Nicky managed the rest...
