Starbucks - Burlington

I can't emphasize enough how hard the staff was working! They're busting their butts, that was clear With that said, 15 minutes for egg white bites was rather frustrating

This is my favorite Starbucks in the area! The staff here is fantastic. I really hope they consider unionizing this store!

Easy to get in and out. Neat and clean. The people are very nice and always say he'll and thank you

We places an online order and had a confirmation that it was ready. Upon arriving, we could not find our drinks. We tried to ask the baristas about our order but we were completely ignored. By this point we were going to be late for work so we just left. Never had this issue at the Woburn Starbucks and they're just as busy.

My daughter accidentally spilled her drink, and as I was busy cleaning up the mess, I felt quite embarrassed. But then someone came over and kindly offered to help clean it up. He even offered to make a fresh drink for us, all while smiling! I asked for his name, and it turned out he was the store manager, Parsa. I really wish more Starbucks had managers like him; the world would definitely be a better place!
