What User doesn't like about Shy Guy Gelato:
Not sure what is up with people, but when we got to the Shy Guy Gelato store, there was a queue of about 15 people winding from the window counter of the store to the sidewalk. This was at 15 mins before their closing time on a Wednesday. We went in with high hopes looking at the reviews and of course the long line of Gelato lovers. We hired Shy Guy to be part of our wedding celebration, and it turned out to be one of the best decisions we made. My partner and I studied in Italy, and we knew we wanted to incorporate gelato into our big day, so we were thrilled that Paul was on board! He communicated excellently and served gelato for two continuous hours at our wedding reception, which was a huge hit! His gelato truly rivals the best we've had in Italy, and it provided a unique experience for our guests, making our celebration even more special. Although we live an hour and a half away from his shop in Burlington, we plan to make regular trips to stock up on pints because it's simply that good!
The gelato here is incredibly flavorful, light, and creamy, featuring unique and rotating flavors in a delightful atmosphere. What’s not to love? It's truly the best gelato I’ve ever tasted. I appreciate that they offer portion sizes to suit everyone. I’ve waited all summer to visit, and it certainly lived up to my expectations!

Paul is the absolute best and such a talent! We have long been shy guy fans, but we hired them for our wedding welcome party and as always they brought the best gelato and our guests were raving about how good it was. Always worth stopping in for a cup, but even more fun to have them for your event!
