What LilyH doesn't like about Gyu Kaku Burlington, Ma:
Understaffed. They brought out the dishes out of the order. We reminded them that they forgot about our soup and finally served miso soup along with the final course dessert lol View all feedback.
Eating was amazing just wishing that the server was faster and it didn't take so long to eat out.
Everything was fantastic from going to paying the bill.
Was very happy with our dining experience. We went early and felt the food and service was very nice.
Food was overly expensive for what it was and the service was horrible and VERY slow. We went for our anniversary dinner and it took nearly 2 hours to get what we wanted and cost me $140 for some marinated meat. Will not be going back
Service is sub optimal, server takes the order and never came back to check on us. When we wanted to ask for more tea, we had to ask another server, Asian guy, but he was rude and responded with “What” when we flagged him down. Seriously?!?! You can’t at least say yes? Food was actually tasty, but atmosphere needs an uplift like music.
