I love their milk teas, but I had a terrible experience at the Burlingame location. I ordered two of the same drinks, knowing that they are fixed and cannot be modified. I felt like they didn 't care about me as a customer at all.I usually go to the San Jose location, and I honestly think they have some of the best milk teas in the bay. Now I’m questioning going to any of their locations. This was my first and last time at the Burlingame one. I hope they improve their service. Can’t believe I even tipped them.
