Contribute FeedbackSixto's restaurant offered a mix of positive and negative reviews for its Mexican cuisine in Burlingame. Some praised the friendly service and unique dishes, while others were underwhelmed by the food quality and service. The decor and ambiance were highlighted as positives, but changes in management were mentioned. Despite mixed reviews, Sixto's was recommended as a must-visit spot for those craving authentic Mexican flavors in the area. Unfortunately, the restaurant has since closed its doors, making way for a new Italian establishment. Overall, Sixto's left a lasting impression on diners, both positive and negative.
A related one said to come and try this place, but unfortunately I couldn't say the same about eating as the customer service was excellent. I loved the churro dessert and the corn side dish. everything else was meh. the chicken and beef tacos were excellent, but not delicious, and so was the fajita. the whole meal was bland and I am a little surprised how others rated this place high, but to each one his own.
Really sweet decor and friendly management and personal. Unfortunately, I will be under new management in a week. burlingame avenue is really a fun place to be on a Saturday night as outdoor restaurants and retail shops are open and illuminated. nice place to eat and go.
The food was pretty good, but pricey! The service was mediocre. We were 2 adults and 2 kids, and it was my birthday.
The service was great. They make a great skinny margarita. Food was delicious. Parking was plentiful. Family friendly environment.
Our server was so attentive, wait staff was quick, and the food is excellent! Great outdoor seating for dogs and kids!!
