What OpenTable Diner likes about Rasa:
This was my 3rd visit to Rasa, and the food was equally as good as the previous visits, but the service has gotten better. Service, in the past, was attentive but not very fast; on this occasion the staff was knowledgeable, informative, attentive, and quick. Our table enjoyed our food (two appetizers and two small specialty entrees) and a bottle of wine for a very reasonable price and everything was delicious. View all feedback. What Jaydon Davis doesn't like about Rasa:
I always recommend this place for Indian food which is very good. Service tonight was off. They brought our entrees while we were still eating the elephant dosa. It was awkward if not annoying to cram all the entrees in a small table. View all feedback.

read moreRasa in Burlingame has recently been awarded a Michelin star, which came as a pleasant surprise to many. The Indian dishes served here are not only good but some are truly exceptional. Dishes like the Bombay sliders and dosas are described as addictive, drawing visitors back multiple times. The restaurant may not be large, but the owner has made great use of the space and decor. The staff is polite and attentive, adding to the overall dining experience. While some reviewers have noted inconsistencies in service quality, the majority praise the delicious food and improved service. The range of options offered at Rasa, including unique dishes like truffle dhosa, has left many impressed. Despite some minor service hiccups, Rasa is highly recommended for those seeking flavorful Indian cuisine in a charming setting in Burlingame.
