I placed an online order for pickup at 5:41 PM and arrived at... read more First of all, I understand there was a fundraiser happening, which made things busier than usual. I placed an online order for pickup at 5:41 PM and arrived at 5:40 PM. I waited and waited, and by 5:55 PM, I had to remind them about my order. They assured me they were working on it, which was fine. However, I checked in with them three more times while observing other customers ordering, enjoying their meals, and leaving. I noticed that other online orders were being picked up after complaints were made. After waiting for a total of 55 minutes, I finally received my food at 6:35 PM—not a single apology was offered; they simply handed me the bag and moved on. This was my second negative experience at this location, and I’ve decided I won’t be returning, especially since the food is just average.
