My brother arrived and was told no order was found for him, he called me and I tried calling the store to let them know we did place an order and it had given me a conf . The Panda Express in Burlingame, Ca is a very busy location. The dining room is always clean and well maintained. This location is always fully occupied and prepared for customers. I appreciate the consistency of food availability and freshness through high food turnover. During the recent visit in August 2022, a customer with 2 dogs arrived to eat in the dining room and I could not enjoy my meal because of Barking. Besides this interruption, I like this place.
Delicious food, but it's hard to see hidden little business from the street with lots of shops clustered together
The WORST FOR THE SERVICE! I put an order online and my employee picked him up for me. She couldn't find my order and an employee said it was already picked up. They claim someone came in, showed her receipt and somehow the name was the same to mine. my employee confirmed that there was not the case and instead of knowing that there was probably a misunderstanding and a mistake, they were rude and gave her a difficult time. They said I had to come to a pickup of order, and they wouldn't give it back. Online orders have phone numbers to reach and check, but they were not willing to take this step. So I went over there and asked to talk to a manager. MON is the name of the manager who was completely rude and was not willing to understand that although the order was made (what could be? ve was tampered with), the problem was the fault of his employees and he put on us for their fault and not accept that the wrong person went away with the wrong order. he asked what I liked to do and I asked for a refund. Before he gave me the money, he took a photo of my license and gave me $20 cash. in writing if this becomes a legal problem. not here. the employees are completely rude and incompetent.
Panda Express has constant quality from restaurant to restaurant, and the Burlingame Spot has not disappointed.
