Lite Pan - Burkburnett
Lite Pan
Description
In the heart of a small town near I-44, Lite Pan serves generous, fresh Chinese fare—notably a much-praised hot-and-sour soup and surprisingly good sushi—alongside a lunch buffet and wallet-friendly portions. The clean, casual spot is popular with families and travelers for fast service, though experiences vary: phone orders, occasional buffet items and ribs can disappoint, and staff interactions have sometimes been unprofessional. Despite inconsistency, it remains a beloved local staple worth trying.

I absolutely love this place! I always get takeout, and they have the best wontons!
I placed an order for my usual dish, but it came out wrong. I made sure to point to exactly what I wanted on the menu. The owner, a woman, took my order. When I pointed out the mistake and mentioned that I received a plate of celery instead, she responded quite rudely, insisting that it was what I had ordered. The food quality here is disappointing, and unfortunately, it's the only Chinese restaurant in town. It's unfortunate that the experience was so unpleasant; I won't be returning.
The buffet was disappointing. The iced tea tasted like it was from a mix, and when I returned it, the service I received was awful. I’m not sure how this restaurant manages to stay in business!
Feeling taken aback by her rudeness and lack of professionalism, we ultimately decided to leave. We won't be returning. I am truly shocked by the level of service at restaurants in Burk. Having been born and raised here, I moved away for some time and returned after over 30 years. I sincerely hope for improvements in the future.
