What Misun Kim dislikes about The Bean:
We ordered a drink today. Paid with my credit card. For $5 drink we were charged for $6.33. The girl there gave herself 15% tip without asking. I think it is called thief . We will never go there for this dishonesty. View all feedback.

Great neighboring coffee place to grab a quick latte. service was super nice and the small community feeling is welcoming and warm. definitely return.

It was time to get a white chocolate. beautiful location with shadow of the sun and I my sitting places outside and also a ride through. very polite.

I really appreciate the owner of this restaurant and the staff who work there are all very friendly. However, I had to deduct one star because they're not consistent with making light foam (I received too much foam) and using light ice (I received a normal amount). Also, they don't fill the entire cup, which was a bit disappointing. I hope they will work on improving these aspects. Quality is important to me, especially when I'm paying $5 for a latte. I am not trying to be critical, just sharing my experience. I know they all work hard and have the potential to do an amazing job. Thank you.

I had a fantastic experience at this charming coffee shop. The coffee was great, the service was friendly, and the overall atmosphere was cool. What more could you ask for? I also heard that the owner is a really nice guy!
